Our company possesses world-leading technology in the preparation of nano-alloy powders using physical vapor deposition (PVD) method. Under an inert gas protection environment, we can precisely control the elemental composition of the alloy powders according to the designed process plan while maintaining uniform distribution of the elements. The nano iron-silicon (FeSi) alloy powders produced using this technology exhibit high sphericity, low oxygen content, and excellent dispersion.
The main alloy phase in the nano powder is FeSi₂, which is an inert phase that effectively mitigates the volume expansion of the negative electrode material during electrochemical cycling. When combined with carbon, it can effectively suppress the excessive growth of the solid electrolyte interface (SEI), thereby improving the cycle stability and initial coulombic efficiency of the negative electrode material.
